First I’ll send you my calendar link to schedule our virtual discovery call. I’ll ask you some preliminary questions to see if I can truly help with what you are looking for. If we’re a good fit, I’ll propose a contract for creating a Funding Strategy, a 6-8 week process.

A Funding Strategy is where I always begin with clients to narrow down 100+ matching grants to the top grants worth pursuing. A one-page prospectus is created during Funding Strategy development to initiate funder outreach and begin understanding client-funder compatibility. I host 2 virtual meetings throughout the Funding Strategy development process to make sure no stone goes unturned.

Once I complete the Funding Strategy deliverable, you’ll have a clear roadmap of grants to pursue over the next 9-12 months that have at least a 20% chance of winning. You can choose to execute the Funding Strategy with your team or you can choose to hire me for Grant Writing as well. If contracted for Grant Writing, I’ll amend our Funding Strategy contract to reflect additional services.
